If you’re using the Advanced TRS (toxin removal system) heavy metal detox, Advanced Fulvic Acid, or Advanced CBD, it’s more than likely that you’ll experience one or more of the common detox symptoms listed below.

While not everyone experiences detox symptoms, you can expect to potentially experience one or more of the following symptoms in the first month of detoxing:

Foul bowel movements
Headache
Fatigue, restlessness
High emotions (emotional detoxing)
Temporary rash
Increased urination
Anxiety
Increased perspiration
Sinus drainage
Achy  joints/muscles (this is the inflammation going away)
Cold like symptoms
Tingly fingers
Eye color changing (toxins leaving the body cause change in eye color!)
Passing parasites
Symptoms worsening before significantly getting better (Herxheimer Reaction)

Remedies that may help ease some of these symptoms:

If you’re experiencing anxiety, hyperactivity, or restlessness, try: Skullcap tea or tincture, grounding (being barefoot outside), meditation, a castor oil pack, magnesium flakes/lotion, or diffusing lavender.

If you’re having constipation, try: High dose vitamin C, magnesium flakes in a hot bath, visiting a chiropractor, reflexology to relieve the constipation, rebounding, increasing water intake, a castor oil pack on the belly. 

If you’re having diarrhea, try: charcoal tablets, ensure you’re hydrating adequately, drink electrolytes, try a liquid diet for 24 hours, or look into the BRAT diet.

If you’re experiencing dry, chapped skin/lips, try: increase water intake, use coconut oil as a moisturizer, dry using a coffee/sugar scrub in a warm shower.

If you’re having headaches, try: magnesium flakes in a hot bath, peppermint oil on your temples, high dose vitamin C, making sure to drink enough water, and resting.

If you’re experiencing itchy skin or hives/rashes, try: High dose vitamin C, soaking in a coconut oil or epsom salt bath, using healing Indian clay, skullcap tea or tincture, or a castor oil pack. 

If your child (or yourself) are having tantrums/emotional outburst, try: grounding outside, diffusing uplifting essential oils, meditation/yoga, a relaxing epsom salt/lavender bath, doing a foot soak, and eating a nourishing meal.

If you’re having a runny nose, cold like symptoms, fever, and/or a sore throat, try: High dose vitamin C, a neti pot, gargling with salt water, drinking some fire cider, or doing a lymph massage.

 

It’s suggested to take the sprays before bed (especially children) so the detox symptoms are minimal and not felt as much.

If you find the symptoms to not be getting better after a month of use, cut back on sprays gradually.
